Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a MOU signing ceremony with Ming Chuan University on August 13th, aiming to expand learning opportunities and international cultural experiences for students.

About Ming Chuan University
Founded in 1957, Ming Chuan University has affirmed its position in the top 10 universities in Taiwan. With more than 60 years of experience in education, the university provides an ideal learning environment for international students. Ming Chuan stands out with 10 specialized academies, 33 bachelor's degrees, and 23 graduate degrees, along with modern facilities and excellent teaching quality.

Additionally, they provided detailed information about the scholarship programs, dormitory costs, and modern facilities of Ming Chuan, ensuring that HUTECH students will benefit from the best learning experience.
