In turn, Ms. Natalia Nefedova – Head of the International Relations Department at MIPT – and Ms. Anastasia Ivanova – Vice Director for Continuing Education and IT Development – introduced MIPT as one of Russia’s top three universities, internationally recognized for its strengths in physics, mathematics, technology, and computer science. MIPT is known for its rigorous admissions process and academic excellence, attracting outstanding students from around the world.
The MIPT representatives shared insights into the university’s academic model and international profile
Building on the Memorandum of Understanding signed during the A-GRASS 2025 Summit, the two institutions discussed several strategic initiatives aimed at promoting internationalization in education. Key areas of cooperation include student exchange programs through online platforms, academic and cultural exchanges, and joint research. Both sides also proposed co-hosting academic conferences and specialized seminars to foster collaboration among faculty members. One of the most promising developments is the plan to create joint academic programs that would give HUTECH students access to an international learning experience right on their home campus—further enhancing the university’s academic quality and global standing.
Several collaborative proposals were agreed upon during the session
This event is expected to open up many opportunities for students to access advanced and modern education
The working session with MIPT not only marks a significant milestone in HUTECH’s journey of internationalization but also opens up practical cooperation prospects, contributing to the enhancement of the university’s teaching and research capacity. As a result, HUTECH students and faculty will have more opportunities to access advanced knowledge, engage with international experts, and gradually affirm their positions and that of the university on the global education map.
