HUTECH makes its debut in the QS World University Rankings 2027

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has entered the QS World University Rankings 2027 for the first time, according to the results released by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) on June 18.

According to the newly released results, HUTECH has been placed in the 1401+ band of the QS World University Rankings 2027. This marks the University's first appearance in one of the world's most influential and widely recognized higher education rankings, representing an important step forward in its ongoing efforts to enhance academic quality, research excellence, and international engagement.
 
This year, QS evaluated data from 8,808 higher education institutions worldwide and selected 1,504 universities for inclusion in the official rankings. Notably, HUTECH was the only Vietnamese higher education institution newly added to the QS World University Rankings this year. This achievement increases the number of Vietnamese universities represented in the rankings from eight to nine, further strengthening the global visibility of Vietnam's higher education sector.
