HUTECH as of the top winners in The 2015 Loa Thành Awards

Nguyễn Hữu Chí Thiện, Faculty of Architecture and Art with her first-place winning thesis
In the year of 2015, the judges badly felt challenged to pick up 4 first prizes, 22 second, and 22 third, out of the “whopping” number of 173 candidates. And our beloved HUTECH was named honoredly twice. The first time was as Nguyễn Hữu Chí Thiện was announced a first place winner, with her “Interior Decoration for DaLat Branch, Ho Chi Minh City’s University of Architecture”. Her work was marked “overall comprehensive” with the combination of practicality and romance.
HUTECH’s students’ works highly ranked by the judges
HUTECH was addressed again with the thesis “Office Building ICON14”, when the second prize winner, Võ Văn Tín, Civil Engineering Faculty, was recognized in the field of Construction Technique. His work shows the needs of low-priced accommodations for the low-income workers.
In addition to the 2 names, the theses winning the awards of “Khang Gia Dorm” Committee: “Luxury Decoration for Happy Land Dorm”, respectively by Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Mỹ and Lê Trung Tín, Department of Construction, were alse the outstanding works in terms of applying advanced technology and maintaining the sustainability.
