Opening Ceremony for Doctoral and Master’s Degree Programs

In the morning of June 25th 2016, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) solemnly held an opening ceremony for Doctoral Programs and Master’s Degree Programs at A08.20 auditorium, 475A Dien Bien Phu main campus.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam, Vice President presented flowers to the graduate students.
The ceremony had the honor of welcoming: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice President; Prof. Dr. Do Cong Khanh – Head of Research Management and Post graduate Education Department; leaders of departments, faculties, institutes and more than 200 graduate students matriculated in the 1st phase of 2016 from 10 specializations: Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Accounting, Mechatronics Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology, Tourism Management-Hospitality and English Language.

Giving a speech at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam has sent his congratulations to the new graduate students of HUTECH, while asserting that HUTECH will continue to promote the tradition that always generates the best conditions for learning so that graduate students can feel secure in their study, research to achieve the best results.Considering the results of Graduate entrance examination held on the 14th and 15th of May, 2016, on this occasion, HUTECH had also commended and awarded 12 valedictorians of the graduate level.

At the ceremony, HUTECH representatives disseminated training regulations, training framework, information on thesis assigning decision (for graduate students), instructing the English learning outcome, while briefly introducing the learning environment, facilities and achievements that HUTECH graduates had obtained.
