HUTECH announces 2023 graduate admission – Phase 3 with 15 Master's programs

The Admission Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) announces graduate admission for 2025 – Phase 3, offering 15 master's programs. Application deadline: November 28, 2025.
The 15 master's degree programs include: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology, Information Technology, Food Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Tourism and Travel Service Management, English Language, Economic Law, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, and Finance – Banking.
HUTECH offers admission to 15 Master’s degree programs in 2023
>> Admission Method: Admission is based on academic records. Evaluation is based on undergraduate GPA on a 4.0 scale.
>>> Program Format and Duration:
- Format: Full-time
- Duration: 1.5 years (18 months)
>>> Eligibility and Admission Requirements:
- Must have graduated or met graduation requirements from a relevant bachelor's program (or higher).
- Applicants with degrees in related or different fields must complete prerequisite courses before admission. Supplementary courses will be determined based on the applicant's transcript.
- Bachelor's degrees awarded by foreign educational institutions must be recognized in accordance with regulations.

>>> Language Requirements:
- Candidates must meet the foreign language proficiency requirement by holding one of the following degrees or certificates:
+ A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a foreign language major; or a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a program primarily delivered in a foreign language;
+ A bachelor’s degree (or higher) awarded by the University within the past two years, where the program’s graduation requirements included a foreign language proficiency level equivalent to Level 3 or above of the Vietnamese 6-Level Framework for Foreign Language Proficiency;
+ A valid foreign language certificate or diploma equivalent to Level 3 or above of the Vietnamese 6-Level Framework for Foreign Language Proficiency, or an equivalent certificate recognized and announced by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Candidates who do not meet the above requirements must take a foreign language proficiency assessment equivalent to Level 3 of the Vietnamese 6-Level Framework for Foreign Language Proficiency, administered by the University.

10. Six 3x4 photos (with full name and birthdate on the back)
11. Certified copies of documents for priority consideration (if any)
12. Certified copy of foreign language certificate or diploma (if any)
13. Certified copy of ID card/Passport
14. Certificate of Work Experience
