The gathering of master’s class monitors and the Launching Ceremony of the Graduate Alumni Liaison Committee took place on April 12
The event was designed as a space for dialogue between university leadership and class monitors of various master's programs. Key topics such as academic programs, scientific research, learning outcomes, and the digital learning system were discussed directly. Notably, the program marked an important milestone with the launch of the HUTECH Graduate Alumni Liaison Committee for the 2025–2027 term, reflecting the University’s long-term commitment to its postgraduate students.
Opening the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Van Nam – Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies – shared the orientation for HUTECH’s master’s training. He emphasized the importance of learning outcomes and research skills in improving student quality. He also introduced regulations on academic publications and point-earning criteria for research activities, encouraging students to engage in applied research projects.

Concluding the exchange session, Mr. Pham Gia Diep, Vice Director of the Center of Academic Management, provided insights into the grading system, course requirements, exam regulations, and grade updates. He also shared details on tuition fees, payment methods, and important deadlines, helping students better understand administrative procedures and take initiative in planning their academic journey.

The highlight of the program was the official launch of the HUTECH Postgraduate Alumni Association Liaison Committee for the 2025–2027 term. The committee includes 15 official members: one Chairperson, four Vice Chairpersons, and ten committee members representing various graduate disciplines at HUTECH. The Alumni Association aims to serve as a bridge between the University and generations of students, supporting academic, research, career development, and community outreach activities.
