The thesis/capstone evaluation panel included seasoned experts in the field. Among them were HUTECH representatives: Dr. Nguyen Thanh Duc – Dean of the Faculty of Law; Dr. Phan Minh Phung – Vice Dean; Dr. Nguyen Xuan Bang – Vice Dean; and Dr. Le Ngoc Thanh – Lecturer. The panel also featured faculty members from other institutions, including Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Thu Dau Mot University, University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Binh Duong University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the evaluation process.


Sixteen graduate students in Economic Law presented their theses/capstone projects to the academic panel
The students’ research topics spanned a broad range of subjects, scopes, and legal areas such as investment law, commercial contracts, legal risk management, dispute resolution in corporate operations, and legal compliance in e-commerce. All projects offered proposed directions and optimal legal solutions to help businesses operate more effectively. Some projects were particularly notable for their high practical value for businesses, including topics such as: tax management in e-commerce under Vietnamese law; personal income tax laws for employees – practical applications in local enterprises; Vietnamese regulations on local development investment funds based on real cases from various provinces; and copyright protection laws for academic works at universities in Vietnam.
