Announcement: Spring 2026 Semester Exchange Program (To be updated)

The Department of International Relations and Project Management, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), is pleased to announce the Semester Exchange Programs for students in the second semester of the academic year 2025 - 2026. This is an opportunity for students to experience an international learning environment, strengthen academic knowledge, improve foreign language proficiency, and expand their global network.
Partner institutions for the Spring 2026 Semester Exchange Programs include:
- VIA University College (Denmark)
- CY Cergy Paris University (France)
- Avans University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands)
- Jeonbuk National University (Korea)
- HAW Hamburg (Germany)
- Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan)
Eligibility requirements:

Students must demonstrate good academic performance and pursue a major relevant to the partner institution’s program.

Students are required to have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or meet the specific requirements of the program.

Candidates will first be nominated by HUTECH to the partner institution; however, nomination does not guarantee admission.

After being nominated, students must complete the official online application form as instructed by the host institution.

In some cases, an online interview may be required.
Program benefits:
Participation in the Semester Exchange Programs allows students to experience a multicultural academic environment and access advanced knowledge. Students will improve their foreign language skills, adaptability, and global mindset, while also exploring new cultures, building international friendships, and enhancing future career opportunities.
