Global Village 2025: Bringing cultures together and nurturing a global mindset

The Global Village 2025 event, jointly organized by AIESEC Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), took place in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The event offered students opportunities to explore international cultures and cultivate a global mindset right on campus.

AIESEC is a non-governmental and non-profit youth led organization with a mission to develop young people’s leadership potential through internships, volunteer activities, and global experiences. Among its flagship initiatives, the Global Volunteer program provides young people with opportunities to participate in social projects abroad aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through these hands-on experiences, participants are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, develop essential skills, enhance global awareness, and create positive impacts for communities.

These experiences helped students realize that while the world is vast, it is also deeply connected. The event also provided opportunities for students to practice communication skills, adaptability, and openness, all of which are essential qualities of global citizens in today’s interconnected world.
