HUTECH students will begin semester II from February, 2019

Students at  Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) will enter to semester II from 02 February 2019. Undergraduate 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, top-up and second degree students will begin registering subjects for semester II from 3 December 2018.

Semester II of HUTECH students will start from February, 2019

According to the notice 2018-2019, semester II will officially begins from 18 February 2019. Semester will be divided into 2 phases for training and examination:

=> Phase A: Learning time from 18/02 - 14/04; Examination from 15/04 - 28/04

=> Phase B: Learning time from 29/04 - 30/06; Examination from 01/07 - 14/07

The holidays will include:

 

  • Hung Vuong anniversary: 14/04 - 15/04
  • Liberation and internaltional Worker’s day: 27/04 - 01/05
  • HUTECH traditional campain: 30/03 - 31/03


Note: To attend camping, undergraduate students will have days off. On the contrary, top-up and second degree students will go to school nornamlly.

On 27 December, office of test ecademic services will notify the results- subject registration (including cancelled subjects and additional subjects) at office of test ecademic services’s website/ Course registration . Students register online for cancelled and additional subjects from 28 December 2018 to 02 January 2019.

=> Cancel registration: deadline to cancel course registration  from 03 January - 16 January 2019.
*** Note: To cancel the course registration , students will send an email as instruction on registration website.
Students do not have to pay tuition for cancelled subjects which are accepted to cancel registration

=> Withdraw course registration: From 18 February-08 March 2019.
***Note: To withdraw course registration, students will send an email as instruction on registration website.
Withdrawal does not affect student’s academic performance. Tuition for withdrawn subjects is not refund.

Time for submiting tuition semester II is from January 2019

 

Semester’s tuition = Courses tuition + remake subjects tuition + additional subjects tuition
