HUTECH is honored in the Best Global University Rankings 2024-2025

Recently, US News & World Report has announced the US News & World Best Global Universities ranking for 2024-2025. Particularly, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) is honored to be among the best universities worldwide.
US News & World Best Global Universities is a US ranking that compares the reputation of the most long-standing and famous academic institutions, including the following areas: engineering, business, medicine, social sciences, law and public affairs, and other fields of study.
This year, US News & World Best Global Universities ranked 2,250 universities across 104 countries based on 13 indicators by measuring academic research performance, global and regional reputation. Particularly in the field of Engineering, HUTECH is honored to be included in this ranking at 413th position worldwide.

HUTECH's position in the Best Global Universities Ranking 2024 - 2025 has marked a development in improving the quality of training and promoting research activities. This milestone shows the efforts of HUTECH in ensuring the best learning and research conditions for learners, thereby making not only great contributions to the Vietnamese education system but also internationally. The accomplishment will be a launch pad for HUTECH to continue its breakthrough and successfully pursue splendid achievements.
Previously, HUTECH also achieved high positions in prestigious university rankings. Specifically, HUTECH ranked 8th out of 23 universities in Vietnam in the URAP 2024 world rankings, ranked 3rd out of 45 universities and research institutes in Vietnam in the SCImago rankings in 2024.
