With this vision, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has gradually brought its faculty closer to global education standards through cooperative projects, exchange initiatives, and in-depth international conferences. These efforts form an important foundation that enables lecturers to broaden their modern educational mindset, enhance governance capacity, and promote sustainable integration in the context of continuous transformation in global higher education.

In its internationalization roadmap, HUTECH places strong emphasis on comprehensively strengthening the capacity of its administrators, lecturers, and staff through participation in and implementation of international projects. A notable example is the project titled EmpowerTNE: Enhancing UK TNE value in Vietnam.
 
Through the EmpowerTNE project and related collaborative activities, administrators, lecturers, and staff have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of in-depth academic workshops on transnational education. These activities focus on key areas such as quality assurance, curriculum design, and innovation in assessment methods. Typical examples include the workshops "Enhancing Quality Assurance in UK-Vietnam TNE: Building Sustainable Curricula with AI-Driven Innovation" and "Innovative Curriculum Design and Assessment Strategies in Transnational Education Challenges and Opportunities."

As a member of the Gender Equality Partnership Programme: Addressing Women’s Underrepresentation in Leadership funded by the British Council, the University has coordinated and implemented various activities aimed at developing human potential and leadership capacity in modern educational environments. These include workshops such as She Leads: The Power of Self Leadership and the organization of a massive open online course titled Women and Leadership to comprehensively strengthen leadership skills for women in academia.

Beyond cooperative projects and domestic training activities, HUTECH continues to expand its academic space through international faculty exchange programs.
 
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Mobility Program KA171 at WSB Merito University in Gdańsk (Poland), two lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration directly participated in teaching, observed specialized courses, exchanged pedagogical methods with host faculty members, and took part in academic activities such as seminars, job fairs, and international networking events. These practical experiences help lecturers enrich their professional expertise, innovate teaching approaches, and strengthen their capacity to integrate into the global education environment.

The University continues to affirm its proactive role within international education networks through participation and contributions to major academic conferences and forums. HUTECH has been present at prestigious events such as the DAAD DIES Course on Management of Internationalization (2025-2026) in Germany and India, the World Digital Education Conference (WDEC 2025) in China, and the 7th APEC Education Ministerial Meeting in the Republic of Korea. At the same time, the University served as a co-organizer of the International Conference IRCIEST 2025 in the Philippines.
