Representing HUTECH, Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Head of the Department of International Relations and Project Management, emphasized the University’s strategy to proactively develop joint education programs with reputable international universities. Particular priority is given to key disciplines that align with labor market demand in the context of global integration. Early implementation of these programs is considered an important foundation that enables students to access international standard learning environments at an early stage, thereby enhancing academic capacity, global mindset, and adaptability in multicultural working environments.

Global Academy at New Mind plays a connecting role with reputable universities worldwide
The representative of Global Academy at New Mind shared that, as an organization specializing in supporting international students and connecting with reputable universities around the world, the Academy aims to serve as an effective bridge between domestic and international higher education institutions. Beyond providing guidance on suitable study pathways for learners, Global Academy at New Mind also partners with universities in the design, implementation, and operation of international joint education programs. By connecting academic resources, management experience, and practical implementation capacity, the Academy hopes to optimize students’ access to global education opportunities and promote sustainable, long term international education cooperation.
The partner’s education model was also introduced with two main components, including domestic education programs and international joint programs with overseas universities, particularly at the undergraduate level. Both sides discussed orientations for connecting with appropriate partner universities, prioritizing programs in countries that offer favorable access conditions, safe and modern learning environments, while ensuring tuition fees and overall costs that are suitable for the financial capacity of Vietnamese students.
The working session aims to reach agreements that optimize students’ access to global education opportunities
Accordingly, HUTECH proposed orientations to develop multidisciplinary joint education programs in order to expand learning opportunities and international education experiences for students across the University. The University aims to build comprehensive, stable, and long-term partnerships, thereby strengthening support for students throughout their studies, transfer processes, and international integration. In addition, the development of reasonable tuition fee structures is considered an important factor in enabling Vietnamese students to more easily access high quality international education programs.
