This initiative not only motivates students to strive for academic and extracurricular excellence but also reflects the company’s commitment to supporting talent development from the university stage.

Within the framework of the event, students also had the opportunity to listen to career advice from Mr. Lin Ho Yung, General Director of Taya Canvas Vietnam, on how to impress potential employers. According to Mr. Lin Ho Yung, fresh graduates should not worry if they lack extensive experience. What matters most is having a clear career goal and being confident in expressing their authentic selves during the interview, which is exactly what employers look for in a promising candidate.
