By participating in the International Staff Mobility (ISM) 2026 program at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, the delegation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) experienced a week of academic exchange, multicultural engagement, and international partnership networking. The program provided valuable opportunities to broaden perspectives on university governance, quality assurance, sustainable development, and global educational cooperation.
ISM is a short-term exchange program for faculty and staff members from ITS partner universities, aiming to enhance professional capacity, strengthen international connections, and create a multicultural exchange environment among higher education institutions.
Held from May 3 to 9, the HUTECH delegation participating in the program included Dr. Do Thi Hoai Van, Director of the Center for Accreditation and Quality Assurance, and Ms. Dao Nguyen Dong Thao, staff member of the Department of International Relations and Project Management
Throughout the program, the HUTECH delegation directly engaged and interacted with representatives from 12 universities across seven countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, India, and the Czech Republic. These meetings opened up additional opportunities for collaboration in education, research, student exchange, and the implementation of future international projects, while further expanding HUTECH’s regional and global partnership network.
