HUTECH Institute of Engineering students shined at MECA 2024 with “Impressive Design Prize”

Students of the HUTECH Institute of Engineering excellently won the "Impressive Design Prize" with the topic "Manufacturing the automatic biodegradable fabric cutting machine" at the Final round of Mitsubishi Electric Cup - MECA 2024.
MECA 2024 is a prestigious academic playground for young students and engineers to showcase their talent and ambition for automation. HUTECH participated in the contest with 2 impressive topics: "Assembling machine for electronic printed circuit board (PCB) components" by students Nguyen Dang Man, Nguyen Phat Dat, Nguyen Huynh Tuan Kiet, and "Manufacturing the automatic biodegradable fabric cutting machine" by students Vu Xuan Minh, Nguyen Hoang Duy, and Pham Anh Duy from Control Technology and Automation Engineering.

The Board of Judges was impressed by the project "Manufacturing the automatic biodegradable fabric cutting machine". It not only automates the fabric cutting process, helping to increase productivity and production efficiency, but also uses biodegradable materials, which contributes to waste reduction and environmental protection.
The project "Manufacturing the automatic biodegradable fabric cutting machine" has really impressed the Board of Judges.
The unique combination of modern technology and environmental awareness has helped the project "Manufacturing the automatic biodegradable fabric cutting machine" win the "Impressive Design Prize". It has proven the capacity of HUTECH students, showing the effort to achieve good results.
