Cultural Day Xmas Joy 2024: English Faculty students spread Christmas cheer with international friends

On December 24, the Faculty of English Language at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) embraced the festive Christmas spirit by hosting “Cultural Day Xmas Joy 2024.” The event featured an array of vibrant food stalls and engaging games, creating a joyful holiday atmosphere.

From the start, the event impressed attendees with its diverse array of food stalls, games, and unique souvenir booths, all thoughtfully prepared by the English Faculty students. Delicious treats such as milk tea, flan, panna cotta, and popcorn were beautifully presented, adding to the festive ambiance. The handcrafted souvenir booth, featuring creative items, became a standout attraction.

The event was warmly received not only by HUTECH students but also by many international students, creating a meaningful space for cultural exchange. It allowed English Faculty students to share the unique Christmas traditions of Vietnam while giving international students a chance to introduce the customs of their own countries. This interaction fostered cultural understanding, built friendships, and encouraged mutual learning in a globally connected world.
