HUTECH announces the exam schedule for Semester 2B of the 2021-2021 academic year, students will be taking part in an online exam format

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) announced the exam schedule for Semester 2B of the 2021-2021 academic year on personal accounts of full-time undergraduate students, as well as those enrolling in college-to-university transfer and second-degree programs. The Semester 2B exam will take place online from July 22 to August 1, 2021.
Students can check their individual exam schedules and the university exam periods at the following website http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn.
The Semester 2B exam period of the 2020-2021 academic year will be held online through Google Classroom and Google Meet applications. Students will use their student email to join the exam rooms. In the case that students want to change their email, they can visit the link http://daotao.hutech.edu.vn, section “Change Personal Information”, to update the new email address from July 9 to July 12, 2021.
Receiving or removing a grade of Incomplete (I), changing exam schedule
If students wish to receive or remove a grade of Incomplete (I) or changing the exam schedule, they can submit a request HERE from July 10 to July 15, 2021
For courses with exams organized by Faculty/Institute/Center, students who wish to receive or remove a grade of Incomplete (I) and change exam schedule, please contact the relevant Faculty/Institute/Center for detailed instructions.

The university will soon update and provide all HUTECH students with a detailed guide and instructions on the process to participate in the online exams for Semester 2B of the 2020-2021 academic year 2020-2021.
Facing the complicated development of the ongoing pandemic, students need to strictly follow the “5K Message” of the Ministry of Health as well as engage in regular physical exercise and maintain a study plan to review their knowledge and have a successful exam period.
