Specifically, Mr. Tony Sang Min Choi, the Director and vaccine development expert from CTCVAC Company, expressed interest in collaborating with the Faculty on two projects. The first project aims to develop vaccines against IB, a virus that causes infectious pneumonia in chickens. The goal is to identify mutant strains of IBV within Southeast Asian countries, where the virus originated in China, and to establish a virus bank for future vaccine development. The second project involves creating a blood bank for dogs at the Veterinary Hospital of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This initiative aims to support sick dogs in need of blood transfusions.
