QS is a prestigious global higher education ranking organization that provides rankings reflecting the quality of higher education as well as in-depth information for stakeholders. The QS Asia University Rankings are based on survey results from hundreds of thousands of experts and employers, combined with institutional data, to recognize the quality and standing of outstanding higher education institutions in Asia.
The assessment criteria in the QS Asia University Rankings are developed comprehensively and rigorously, fully reflecting the core aspects of higher education quality. Key indicators include academic reputation, citation index, international research publication index, employer reputation, international research network, international faculty ratio, international student ratio, inbound and outbound exchange student ratio, faculty-to-student ratio, and the proportion of faculty holding a doctoral degree. The combination of these indicators creates a multidimensional, thorough, and reliable evaluation process.
