In her remarks at the ceremony, Dr. Ly Thien Trang emphasized that HUTECH has established and maintained active partnerships with several universities in the Philippines through faculty and student exchange activities as well as co-hosted international conferences. Building on this foundation, the University expects that the agreement with USM will bring further opportunities for academic exchange and international development for faculty members and students of both institutions.
This is considered a practical step toward expanding a multilateral cooperation network and creating more opportunities for both universities to advance professional activities
As part of the program, HUTECH also invited USM to participate in the IRN Forum, an international conference co-organized by HUTECH and Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea in the near future.
