One of the highlights of the meeting was a sharing session by two VJIT students who had recently completed a one-year internship in Japan. Having worked in Nagano and Fukuoka, they experienced different professional environments but faced many of the same challenges as they adapted to life in a new country, including language barriers, cultural differences, demanding work environments, and the need to adjust to a highly disciplined workplace.
