Sharing at the graduation ceremony on January 11, Lê Thị Sang said: “Today, I stand here as a testament to the power of perseverance and self-overcoming. Since graduating from HUTECH in 2016, I had nurtured many entrepreneurial dreams, but invisible fears held me back. The fear of failure and of losing face caused me to postpone my aspirations for seven long years. It wasn’t until 2022, when I decided to pursue a Master’s degree, that I found the courage to try again—thanks to the tremendous support and encouragement from my lecturers and classmates. They helped restore my confidence and optimism, empowering me to overcome the inner obstacles I once thought insurmountable”.
"At the age of 30, I officially founded my own company – a major turning point in my life. After nearly two years, thanks to the knowledge imparted by my lecturers at HUTECH and my own real-world experiences, I have achieved certain milestones in my career. These achievements are not mine alone; they reflect the support of my family, friends, and the inspiring teachers who have accompanied me on this journey. I hope my story will serve as a source of motivation for students who may still feel uncertain about their future – a reminder that we truly can turn our dreams into reality if we dare to face our fears and believe in ourselves.”
In addition to overcoming numerous challenges to successfully complete her academic program, Sang skillfully balanced her artistic pursuits, company responsibilities, and family life — including raising two young children. Thanks to her continuous dedication in supporting her graduate class, she was recognized by the University and awarded a Certificate of Commendation for her outstanding contributions to class organization and management.
