Philosophy and training solutions of KIT

On June 09 & 10, 2015, leaders of Kanazawa Institute of Technology (KIT) including Prof. Dr. Keiichi Sato, Vice – Director of KIT, Prof. Masashi Tani - Member of Board of Director, Director of Development and Corporate Relations and Prof. Dr. Mamoru Mukai, Vice- president of Kanazawa Technology College ( KTC ) has organized the seminar "Philosophy and training solutions of KIT" at the headquarter of HCMC University of Technology ( HUTECH ). The workshop with the participation of Dr . Kieu Xuan Hung – Vice - president, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Vietnam – Vice- president with staffs and lecturers of HUTECH.
Matters raising : Overview of KIT , KIT training model, philosophy and training solutions as well as adopting KIT training model of KIT in practical conditions of Vietnam which is specific in HUTECH , participants had a clearer view on the content of training model of KIT.
Accordingly, two main content will be applied to the training program Firstly, CDIO (conceive: forming ideas - Design: design concept - Implement: Implementation - Operate: operation). Secondly: Training model Project - Based Design (abbreviated as PD) of the University of KIT with the aim of training practical skills: Find out problems Clarify problems, Create ideas, Evaluate and Select ideas and Implement ideas.
It can be said that program cooperating between Vietnam – Japan Institute of Technology(VJIT ) is one of the priority choice for Vietnamese Youth in the future, the workforce meeting 3 factors: Knowledge - Skills – Attitudes, will be first launched to serve the development of the society and country.
