At the conference, the HUTECH delegation received three “Best Poster” awards and the “Unit with the Highest Number of Scientific Papers” award, making the Faculty one of the most notable institution at AVS 2025. The studies were highly valued for their practicality and focus on sustainable development, including: “Investigation of antibiotic resistance genes of Campylobacter spp. in duck farming in several Mekong Delta provinces”, which clarified the presence of drug resistance genes in gastrointestinal pathogens and raised concerns about antibiotic resistance in livestock production. “Effects of oyster extract and Eurycoma longifolia extract supplementation in pellet diets on semen quality and sperm status in native Vietnamese dogs”, which assessed the impact of natural components on reproductive health, opening promising directions for nutritional applications in veterinary medicine. Meanwhile, “Gross and microscopic lesions in the urinary system of dogs” identified characteristic urinary tract lesions and provided valuable data for diagnosing and treating common diseases in dogs.
