In the newly released QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) is proud to have three subject areas recognized, marking a significant milestone in its growing presence on the global higher education map.

Specifically, Hospitality and Leisure Management is ranked in the global Top 151–175, reflecting HUTECH’s strength in service and tourism-related disciplines, with a strong emphasis on practical training and international integration.

According to QS, more than 6,273 higher education institutions worldwide were analyzed for the 2026 edition, yet only 1,908 institutions were ranked across 55 subject areas. HUTECH’s presence with three ranked disciplines is not only a notable achievement, but also a clear reflection of its growing academic strength, international reputation, and continuous improvements in research quality and employer recognition worldwide.
