For the first time, the conference adopted a Conference Submission System, enabling the entire process from submission and review to revision to be conducted fully online. All manuscripts were checked for similarity within a defined threshold, assigned to subject editors, and evaluated by two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review model. This process not only enhanced academic quality but also aligned with international standards in scholarly publishing.
