The meeting marked the continuation of the partnership between HUTECH and the two companies, which began in 2024. Building on the progress made so far, Japan Create and Jobfull Partner expressed their commitment to continuing their collaboration with the University by supporting programs that enable students to study, intern, and work in Japan. They also proposed expanding the scope of cooperation to better align with students' needs and the evolving demands of employers.
Company representatives emphasized that, in addition to academic knowledge, students should be well prepared in foreign language proficiency, professional work ethics, cross cultural adaptability, and career planning before participating in programs in Japan. They also noted that understanding students' needs from the consultation, selection, and training stages is essential to ensuring that collaborative programs are effectively implemented, reach the right participants, and provide a clear development pathway.
