HUTECH and Bennett University (India) strengthen student exchange and expand academic cooperation

Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in March 2026 and the launch of their first student exchange program, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and Bennett University (India) are continuing to expand their plans for academic cooperation, international exchange, and internship opportunities for students.
HUTECH and Bennett University are expanding opportunities for students to gain international learning and experiential opportunities
On August 12, HUTECH held a working session with Bennett University to discuss plans for the next phase of cooperation. Representing the partner university at the meeting was Mr. Amit Babu, Deputy Manager, International Relations and Corporate Outreach.
The partnership between the two universities was officially established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on March 30, 2026. Following the signing, the cooperation has quickly been translated into concrete activities, beginning with student exchange. HUTECH will welcome two students from Bennett University to participate in an exchange program during the Fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year, marking the first practical activity under the partnership between the two universities.

Building on this initial outcome, the August 12 meeting focused on expanding the scope of cooperation in the coming period. The two sides discussed programs for faculty and students, cultural and academic exchange activities, joint organization of international conferences and seminars, and internship opportunities in Vietnam for Bennett University students.
These areas of cooperation are aimed at encouraging greater direct participation by faculty and students in international programs between the two universities. Academic exchange and experiences in multicultural environments will also provide students with opportunities to gain exposure to different professional perspectives, build practical experience, and enhance their adaptability in international settings.

Notably, representatives of Bennett University reaffirmed their commitment to continue sending students to HUTECH for exchange in the following semester. This commitment builds on the outcomes achieved since the signing of the MoU while providing a foundation for the two universities to maintain regular exchange programs and further expand their cooperation activities in the future.

Located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the university currently has more than 14,000 students and a network of over 120 international partners. Bennett University offers more than 50 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in fields including Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Administration, Media, Law, Design, and Applied Sciences, with a strong emphasis on academic exchange, research, and international collaboration.
