[Call for Participation] The 2nd HUTECH Global Camp

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for The 2nd HUTECH Global Camp, themed “Discover Vietnam, Connect Through Art, Create Together.” The program will be held in a hybrid format from 02-14 November 2026, combining online sessions with an on-site experience in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
Open to students from around the world, the program offers an opportunity to experience Vietnamese art, heritage, and local culture while building connections with peers from diverse backgrounds.
1. About the Program
Through cultural activities and creative workshops, participants will explore local traditions and work together to create a sustainable artwork from shared ideas and recycled materials. The program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

2. Program Fee

Early Bird Fee: USD 400 per participant for applications submitted before 04 October 2026.

Regular Fee: USD 420 per participant for applications submitted from 04 to 20 October 2026.
*The fee includes accommodation in a twin-sharing room, two meals per day, program activities, local transportation during scheduled activities, and airport pick-up and drop-off. Visa fees, airfare, travel insurance, bank transfer fees, and personal expenses are not included.

Interested students are invited to complete the online registration form by 20 October 2026.
After registration, our team will contact applicants via email with further instructions regarding program fee payment, the official participation letter, and participation confirmation.
