HUTECH Offices, Departments, Faculties/Institutes are still active, supporting students throughout the social distancing period

During the time of social distancing, Offices, Departments, Faculties/Institutes of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) remain active through virtual office hours to provide support services and maintain essential activities for students.

 

HUTECH students will take part in the 2B Semester exam in an online format with many specific regulations. In order to support students, the following functional departments/offices maintain their working hour and provide online support to students:

1. Office of Academic Services and Testing: 

Receiving and reviewing issues related to examination and testing, temporary leave of absence and re-admission; support students on questions about course registration, class schedule, etc.

Supporting admissions information, granting academic request forms, advising on academic processes and procedures, reissuing student ID cards, etc.

4. Office of Student Affairs:
