HUTECH opens the 2026–2027 academic year, empowering students to create sustainable value

Strengthening society’s trust in the University and enhancing the student learning experience were two key priorities highlighted by Prof. Dr. Sc. Ho Dac Loc, President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), at the Opening Ceremony for the 2026–2027 Academic Year on September 5.

According to Prof. Dr. Sc. Ho Dac Loc, a sustainable educational environment is built when trust, a sense of belonging, and responsibility are fostered among every member of the university community. He shared, “We need to create an environment where students love their university and respect their lecturers. We ourselves should also value our workplace, one that is humane, honest, and grounded in substance. When we achieve this, the University will succeed, society and the country will develop, and our children will benefit from a better quality of life.”
