From June 12 to July 12, Dr. Tang Minh Huong, Lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), took part in a study and research phase directly at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), India.
This activity was part of the Naveen Jindal Young Global Research Fellowship, which creates opportunities to connect with the international academic community, update advanced research methods, and expand academic collaboration in the future.
The Naveen Jindal Global Research Fellowship brings together scholars worldwide
Naveen Jindal is an international academic program for young lecturers and researchers from many countries. The program lasts one year, including one month of direct study and research at JGU and eleven months of online research and collaboration. With the participation of more than 150 international scholars and researchers, the program provides an environment for exchanging experiences, developing ideas, implementing research projects, and expanding academic networks.
During his time at JGU, Dr. Tang Minh Huong joined workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences covering research methods, academic writing skills, interdisciplinary collaboration, and specialized research topics. These activities helped him access new research trends, share experiences with international scholars, and strengthen his research capacity in a multicultural academic environment.

Alongside professional activities, the program also enabled Dr. Huong to work with JGU professors and connect with lecturers and researchers from different countries. These connections are expected to lay the foundation for joint research projects, broaden academic cooperation, and promote international scientific publications in the future.
In addition to research, the program offered opportunities to explore Indian culture, history, and daily life, enriching cultural and academic perspectives and deepening understanding of the global education environment.

After completing the direct research phase in India, Dr. Tang Minh Huong will continue participating in the program online for eleven months. During this time, he will collaborate on research projects, maintain connections with the international academic community, and fulfill program tasks, including publishing international scientific papers and engaging in related academic activities.
